Great game until the adware blew up

Ive been enjoying this game, but recently the in-app purchasing interface changed slightly. Now after an ad plays, there is only an install option. Theres no way to cancel or close the ad. So apparently theres no way to unlock a level without buying some other app.

Im hoping this is just a bug, but at present I can no longer unlock new levels.
