Good but annoying Video unavailable message

Like the play and controls, when I can access puzzles, that is. Unless you pay extra, you can only open new puzzles by watching ads/videos, which is fine by me...EXCEPT.... as often as not you get a message stating there is no video available. I can only play about 50% of my attempts. Not good enough.
